As an aspiring novelist, it is worth acknowledging that the prospect of writing a novel had never entered my imagination. The realization of my aptitude for writing occurred upon my re-enrollment in college throughout my thirties. In instances where I was tasked with composing written assignments, I would often resort to fabricating narratives. Upon submitting these written works to my mother for evaluation, she always said, “The content given was not reflective of my upbringing.” I would inform her that the statements veracity is not necessarily a determining factor, as the professor's evaluation primarily focuses on the coherence of the structure and the accurate application of grammatical rules.
Throughout the course of time, my writing has been contingent upon the circumstances that have unfolded in my life, encompassing both positive and negative experiences. Although unconventional, this approach yields favorable results in my own experience. The concept of a mirror can be understood as a manifestation of the transformative process that occurs as individuals transition from one interpersonal connection to another throughout their lives.
