About the Author
J.O. Ballance's evolution into an author was an unforeseen and transformative odyssey. Initially harboring no aspirations of becoming a writer, she found solace and catharsis in the written word during the trying chapters of her life. Writing became a therapeutic outlet, allowing her to articulate her emotions without burdening others with her struggles. The novel she presents today was conceived during one of these poignant periods.

Synopsis
Michelle is single with no children, educated, financially independent, and enjoys an excellent career. Despite her success, she realizes one important thing is missing from her life – love. However, when broken promises, infidelity, and rejections poison her relationships, she finds herself asking the mirror the same question: "Mirror, Mirror on the wall, please tell me that there is more to me than what you see."
But when the mirror begins to reveal the same patterns emerging in her newest relationship, the journey to the truth and self-love will ultimately teach Michelle the importance of looking past her reflection and truly seeing and accepting her reflection in the mirror.
